Whatever Bowers can do, West Canvey can do better!

Wow a second juvenile Red-backed Shrike for the RSPB's South Essex Marshes Reserves. This time on West Canvey Marsh. I thought the one on Bowers performed well............well this one beats it!




Also had a fly over Spoonbill, and judging by the amount of black in it's wing, an immature bird, nice!


Clearly two different individuals, today's Canvey bird is on the left, last weeks Bowers bird on the right.
